1. Service Overview

This Service is a newsletter that connects readers with opportunities to apply for:

• Advance Reader Copies (ARCs)

• Beta reading projects

• Review reading programs

The above may come from participating authors, publishers, and/or literary platforms.

2. Eligibility

To subscribe and participate:

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• You must provide accurate and complete contact information.

• You must not use the service for spam, harassment, or any unethical activity.

3. Subscription and Communication

3.1 You agree to receive regular emails related to ARC, beta, and review reading opportunities as well as access to author exclusive content.

3.2 You may unsubscribe at any time using the “unsubscribe” link provided in each newsletter or by emailing graceerinedits@proton.me.

3.3 We are not responsible for missed opportunities due to emails filtered into spam/junk folders.

 

4. Reader Participation

4.1 Participation in any reading program (ARC, beta, or review) is voluntary and subject to the specific terms set by the author, publisher, or third-party service.

4.2 Being subscribed to the newsletter does not guarantee acceptance into any ARC, beta, or review campaign.

 

5. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

• Respect confidentiality in all campaigns, including ARCs, beta copies, and review copies of author's work, published or unpublished.

• Provide honest and constructive feedback.

• Not redistribute or leak unpublished materials.

• Follow any deadlines or instructions associated with reading opportunities.

 

6. Third-Party Content

6.1 We may include opportunities or links from third-party authors, publishers, and platforms.

6.2 We do not control or endorse third-party content, and are not responsible for their terms, practices, or policies.

6.3 Additionally, all content warnings are provided by the third-party authors, publishers, or platforms. We are not liable for any undisclosed content that may be objectionable to certain individuals such as swearing, sexual content, or descriptions of illegal activities.

 

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 We respect your privacy. Your information will only be used to deliver the Service and related updates.

7.2 We do not sell your data.

 

8. Intellectual Property

7.3 All content shared through the Service, including reading opportunities, descriptions, graphics, and materials, remains the property of their respective owners.

7.4 You may not copy, distribute, or republish any content unless authorized. Certain exceptions may be ARC, beta, or review team graphics, which will be identified in distribution as eligible for sharing.

9.1 You may unsubscribe at any time.

9.2 We reserve the right to terminate your subscription for violations of these terms or misuse of the Service.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any opportunities shared via the newsletter.

10.2 We make no guarantees regarding outcomes of any ARC, beta, or review reading applications as participation in ARC campaigns may be limited due to participant number, available resources, or other considerations.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

11.1 These terms may be updated from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of major changes.

11.2 Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

 

12. Other Conditionals​

12.1 ARC Connections reader subscribers receive no financial compensation for reading ARCs, submitting review forms, or posting reviews on personal social media accounts.

12.2 Selected ARC Reader members must completed the ARC Reader Review Form for beta reading campaigns by the campaign deadline to remain in good standing. For any delays, please email graceerinedits@proton.me.
